Formats and Saving

What is it?

The whiteboard can be saved and used in different formats depending on your workflow.

The whiteboard can be exported in PNG or SVG formats for viewing, publishing, or using outside the application:

It can also be saved as a file with the .excalidraw extension for later editing:

The saved file can be re-imported into the interactive whiteboard to continue working on it. A whiteboard file can also be uploaded as an attachment to a task, project, or other object.

This format allows the interactive whiteboard to be used both for collaborative work in modules and as a standalone file.
