Template Customization
What is this?
"Template Customization" is the process of modifying a system template used for emails, notifications, or other documents. You can customize the appearance and content of the template to match your corporate style or specific business needs.
How it works
By default, all templates have a system-defined appearance and are marked in blue. As soon as you make any changes, the template becomes user-customized and its visual indicator changes accordingly.
Templates use variables enclosed in square brackets, such as [UserName], [SupportEmail]. These variables are automatically replaced with actual values when the message is generated. Substitution occurs server-side.
How to edit a template
You can edit a template in two ways: using the Text Editor or the HTML Editor. Choose the method most convenient for you and click the Configure button.
In the window that appears, select one language or all available languages — this defines on which languages your customized template will be applied.
Please note that you must manually repeat the configuration for each selected language.
You can change the email subject by clicking on it.
Then click Edit to make your changes. While editing, you can preview the result by switching to the Preview tab. Once finished, click Save. The updated template will be applied the next time a message is sent.
