Scheme Deletion
What is this?
Deleting a scheme is the permanent removal of a scheme from the system. Unlike deactivation, a deleted scheme cannot be restored. This action is used when a scheme is no longer relevant and its data should not be retained.
How to Delete a Scheme
Only deactivated schemes can be deleted.
Go to the list of deactivated schemes and select the one you want to remove. Click the "Delete" button.
A confirmation window will appear. Confirm the action to permanently remove the scheme from the system.
Note: When deleting a status scheme that was used in projects, all projects using that scheme will automatically switch to a custom status scheme, with all statuses and transitions preserved.
