Filling out the Template
To upload data into the system, you need to complete the Excel template for Project Import according to the specified requirements. The structure of the template is fixed: column names, data formats, and field mandatory status cannot be changed.
Each row in the template corresponds to a single project.
General Rules for Filling
The template must be filled strictly according to the example downloaded from the application. Changing column names, their order, or cell formats is not allowed. All required fields must be completed; otherwise, the file will not pass validation.
When filling out the template, it is important to note that creating a project requires the mandatory fields Name and ProjectSchemaCode. The project schema must exist in the system; otherwise, the row will fail.
To update existing projects, the Code field must be provided, as it is used for identification. If Code is not specified, the system may automatically generate a new code, and the record will be treated as a new project.
Reference fields (Company, LineOfBusiness, Manager, Customer, Partner) must refer to existing values in the system. If such values are not found, the row will fail.
