Likes and Dislikes
What is it?
Likes and Dislikes is a universal quick evaluation tool in the system. It allows users to express feedback or reactions in three areas:
Task evaluation — mark whether the work is done well or needs improvement.
Meeting agenda voting — vote “for” or “against” an agenda item.
User feedback — express appreciation for a colleague’s contribution or indicate that improvement is needed.
Each evaluation can be accompanied by a comment, making feedback more meaningful and useful. Positive and negative reactions are recorded in the task or meeting history, appear in user notifications, and remain visible to other participants — fostering open communication and improving the quality of team interaction.
Any user with access to the respective object can give a like or dislike — for example, the author, assignee, watcher, project manager, or meeting participant.
How to like or dislike a task
You can evaluate a task in any mode where it is displayed.
To do this, click “Open button list” and select the desired action — “Like” or “Dislike.”
A window will open where you can select the task participant the evaluation is intended for and optionally leave a comment.
After clicking “Save,” the mark will appear on the task card.
How to like or dislike a meeting agenda item
In the list of all meeting agendas, select the one you need, click “More options,” and choose “Like” or “Dislike.”
If likes or dislikes have already been given for this agenda item, you can simply click the corresponding icon to add your reaction.
How to like or dislike a user
In any app where user details are available, click on the user and select “Like” or “Dislike.”
How to view comments on evaluations
To see comments left with likes or dislikes, click “Information about likes/dislikes.”
A user can leave only one evaluation per object, but it can be removed or replaced if needed.
It is also possible to leave a private like — in this case, the author of the reaction will not be displayed.
