Project Deactivation
What is this?
Deactivation allows you to temporarily disable a project without permanently deleting it. This is useful when a project is on hold, but its members, tasks, and settings may still be needed in the future.
A deactivated project is hidden from the main list and becomes inaccessible for collaboration. However, it can be restored at any time if needed.
How to deactivate a project
Select one or more projects from the list. To select multiple projects, click the Multi-select button on the toolbar.
Then click the Deactivate button.
A confirmation window will appear. Click OK to confirm the action. The project will disappear from the active list and become unavailable for work.
How to restore a deactivated project
Go to More Options and select Deactivated projects.
Find the required project in the list and click Restore.
The restored project will be removed from the deactivated list and will become fully available for collaboration again.
