Feedback Limit
What is this?
Feedback limit is a predefined restriction on the maximum size of comments in the "Discussion" block. It is designed to prevent system overload and, if necessary, limit individual user activity.
How it works
The limit is set by the administrator and applies to all users. The current limit value indicates the maximum size of a single comment that can be added to the system. Users can monitor their current usage in the "User Settings" module.
If a user attempts to post a comment exceeding the set limit, the action is blocked and the system returns an error. All violations are recorded in the Log of limits, which is accessible to administrators.
To increase or reset the limit, contact your administrator.
Administrators can set the feedback size limit under the subscription plan in the "Default User Settings" tab of the "Account Settings" module.
The size of attachments (images or files) included in comments is not counted toward the feedback limit, as they are stored separately from the text.
