Spaces
What is this?
Spaces is a module for creating isolated work environments, each with its own set of projects, users, access rights, and visual settings.
Spaces play a key role in shaping the Portal interface — they determine which applications and shortcuts appear on the Desktop and what actions are available to a specific user. After logging in, each user enters the space they are assigned to and works within its configured environment.
To switch between spaces, click the space icon and select the desired one from the list.
To access the module, select "Spaces" from the user icon in the top-right corner of the screen, or click the corresponding shortcut on the Desktop in the "Settings" section.
