Filter Fields

What is it?

Filter Fields are a set of tools that allow you to filter data on a page according to specified parameters. They help narrow down the selection of information, display only relevant records, and quickly find data that matches specific criteria.

By default, basic filters are added to the Filter Bar in each application. The set and categories of filters may vary depending on the application and the type of data.

Examples of filters

Date Navigator
One of the most common filtering elements is the Date Navigator, which is used to select a specific date or time period. It allows you to analyze data for particular days, weeks, months, or custom periods.

Project Filter
This filter is available in almost all applications and allows sorting and searching data by one or multiple projects.

Projects can be selected in several ways: from the open filter list, using keyword or full-name search, or by clicking the selection button next to a specific project. To confirm your selection, click “Apply” or click on an empty area of the screen.

Additional options include:

“Select All” — select all available projects;

“Clear All” — deselect all currently selected projects.

Assignee Filter
This filter is used in applications where tasks or objects have assigned users or responsible parties. You can select one or multiple assignees from the list to display only the tasks or objects they are responsible for.
