Shortcut
What is this?
A "Shortcut" is a tile on the Desktop that can display a name, description, and icon. It is used to launch applications, open folders, or navigate to external links.
Each shortcut has a Mandatory setting. If enabled, the tile cannot be hidden in Personalization mode. If disabled, users can remove it from their Desktop.
To delete a shortcut, click the Delete button. For shortcuts pointing to a folder or an external link, editing options are available.
A help article can be linked to each shortcut. Clicking the Show Help button opens the corresponding article in the "Wikipedia" module.
