Applications

What is this?

"Applications" is a tab where access levels for the selected role are configured. Here you define what actions users with this role can perform in each available system application.

Setting access levels allows flexible permission management: you can restrict usage to viewing only, or grant full control over the application’s functions.

Note: The "Show" button displays the complete list of applications, including those not accessible to the role. Switching this option is useful when you want to display only accessible applications or, if needed, view the full list, including inaccessible ones.

How to Set Application Access

To configure application access for a role, click the "Edit" button.

In the list, select the desired access level for each application. Options depend on the functionality of the specific application and may include the following:

Access Level

Description

Full Access

All actions are allowed, including administrative tasks: application settings, user permission management, and all functions available at the "User" level.

User

Basic data operations are allowed: view, create, edit, deactivate, and delete. Administrative settings and permission management are not accessible.

Observer

Only information viewing is permitted. Creation, editing, and deletion are unavailable.

No Access

Access to the application is completely restricted.

After making changes, click "Generate". This will apply the new settings and update the role's permissions in the system.
