User Settings

What is this?

The "User Settings" module allows a user to manage personal system preferences, working hours, and monitor current resource usage and assigned limits.

The module consists of three sections: Settings, Work Hours, and Limits.

Settings

This section lets you set the interface language, choose between full-width or fixed 1280 px application layout, select the visual theme, specify the default workspace, time zone, date and time format, and define the first day of the week in the calendar. These settings apply across all user applications and affect how data is displayed in calendars and tasks.

Work Hours

This section defines the user’s standard working schedule for each day of the week. By default, work hours are set from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. This information is used when scheduling meetings and displaying availability.

Limits

In this section, the user can monitor current resource usage and view assigned restrictions. It displays the number of SQL calls per month, day, and hour, used file storage volume, number of files, hourly file upload limit, and maximum sizes for feedback, RTE content, and uploaded files.

These limits help control system usage and prevent overload.
