Limits

What is this?

Limits are restrictions set in the system for certain actions, particularly on uploading attachments and the size of files being added. They help control the amount of data uploaded by users and ensure stable system performance.

Where Are Limits Displayed?

Information about current limits is available in the "Profile" section.

Here you can see:

• The maximum storage space allowed for attachments.

• The current usage — how much space has already been occupied by uploaded files.

The counter updates automatically each time you add attachments—images, documents, spreadsheets, and other files.

How Limits Work

Limits may vary between employees — they are configured individually by the administrator.

Restrictions apply to all sections where attachment functionality is available.

When the limit is reached, the system will notify you and prevent further file uploads until space is freed up.
