Meeting Minutes

What is this?

"Meeting Minutes" is a dedicated module for recording and distributing the outcomes of meetings. It displays all created minutes — both those linked to specific meetings and standalone ones. Minutes from deleted meetings are also preserved in this list.

Each entry includes the meeting agenda, discussed topics, and final outcomes.

You can:

• View all meeting minutes, including those from deleted meetings, using filters, the date navigator, and the search field (see "Interface Overview");

• Create new minutes based on existing meetings or independently (see "Creating Minutes");

• Deactivate unnecessary records and later delete them permanently (see "Deleting Minutes").
