Details vs List vs Table

What’s the difference?

"Details" mode is the primary workspace designed for detailed interaction with individual tasks. In this mode, you can view the task table and the details of a selected task card simultaneously.

It is ideal for sequential work on individual tasks — tracking progress, editing fields, adding comments, and attaching files.

Use "Details" when working on specific tasks and you need to see all related details at once.

"List" mode displays tasks in a tabular format for a selected period. It is best suited for quickly reviewing and managing a large number of tasks. This view supports filtering, sorting, column customization, and easy comparison of tasks by deadlines, statuses, and other parameters.

Use "List" when you want to get an overview of current workload, quickly locate a specific task, or compare multiple tasks across various criteria.

"Table" mode serves the same purpose as List mode but presents tasks as cells in a structured table layout. It offers a more visual way to browse and manage tasks while maintaining support for filtering, sorting, and comparing data across different parameters.
