Team Deactivation
What is this?
Deactivation allows you to temporarily disable a team without permanently deleting it. This is useful when a team’s activities are on hold, but its members, tasks, and settings may be needed again in the future.
A deactivated team is hidden from the main list and becomes inaccessible for collaboration. However, it can be restored at any time if needed.
How to deactivate a team
Select one or more teams from the list. To select multiple teams, click the Multi-select button on the toolbar.
Then click the Deactivate button. A confirmation window will appear. Click OK to confirm the action. The team will disappear from the active list and become unavailable for work.
How to restore a deactivated team
Go to More Options and select Deactivated Teams.
Find the required team in the list and click Restore.
The restored team will be removed from the deactivated list and will become fully available for collaboration again.
