User Profile
What is this?
The "User Profile" module is designed to store and customize a user’s personal data. Here, you can change your profile photo, add information about yourself, enter contact details and location, and set who can view this information.
This module is linked to account settings: the administrator defines which fields are available for editing and who can modify or view specific information.
At the top of the page, the user's avatar and a brief "About Me" description are displayed. If needed, the user can upload a new photo and update the description by clicking the edit button.
The "About Me" section contains personal data fields, including first name, last name, email address, country and city of residence, business direction, company, department, and job title. Fields for contact information are also available.
For each field, visibility can be set:
Any — the information is visible to all users who can view your content.
Only me — the information is visible only to you.
This approach allows users to manage their data privacy independently.
The "Location" section includes the physical office address and mailing address. Visibility levels can also be set for these fields, just like in other profile sections.
Note: If certain fields cannot be edited or have restricted visibility settings, it means the administrator has limited these options in the account settings.
