User Deactivation
What is this?
"User Deactivation" is the temporary suspension of a user’s access to the system without deleting their account. This action may be necessary when an employee is on leave, has completed a project, or has left the company, but their activity data needs to be preserved.
After deactivation, the user can no longer log in to the system. Access can be restored at any time if needed.
How to Deactivate a User
To deactivate a user, select them from the list and mark the checkbox to the left of their name. You can select multiple users at once. Then click the "Deactivate User" button. A dialog window opens where you can choose whether to deactivate the user and send an email notification, or deactivate the user without notifying them.
