Limits
What is this?
Limits are restrictions on specific user actions within the system. They help control resource usage, prevent system overload, and limit individual user activity.
User Limits
User limits are displayed in the "User Settings" module, where a user can view their current resource usage and assigned restrictions alongside other information. This includes the number of SQL calls per month, day and hour, the amount of file storage used, the number of files, the limit on files uploaded per hour, as well as maximum sizes for feedback, files in the RTE editor, and uploaded files.
Account-level user limits are set by administrators in the "Default User Settings" tab of the "Account Settings" module. Here, the administrator can define limits according to the subscription plan: number of SQL calls per month, day and hour, total file storage capacity, number of files, and maximum sizes for uploaded files and editor content. These restrictions help maintain stable performance for all users and prevent system overloads.
Storage Limits
Storage limits are shown in the "Manage the account" tab of the "Account Settings" module. Here, the administrator can view the file storage limit and the current amount of used storage space.
The file storage limit is a predefined cap on the total volume of files uploaded to the system. It ensures control over user-uploaded file sizes and depends on the selected subscription plan. Based on the total storage allowance, administrators can assign individual limits to employees.
