What is this?

"Key Information" is a section containing the core parameters required to create, identify, and display the project within the system.

To fill in the fields, switch to edit mode by clicking the Edit button.

Some fields in this section are mandatory.

The Project Code must be unique and contain only uppercase Latin letters and digits — this ensures accurate project identification across the system.

You can also select an icon and colour to make the project easily recognisable in lists and the user interface.

Additionally, you can add a description to help other users quickly understand the project’s purpose or specific characteristics.

Please note: If the project already contains tasks, changing its code will update this value across all related tasks. This may break existing links. Therefore, we do not recommend changing the code of a project that already has tasks created.
