Attachments and Files

What is this?

The "Attachments" feature allows you to upload, organize, and manage files and links directly within the application. You can add documents, images, and external links, grouping them into multi-level folders for easy navigation and storage.

Attachments are available in many sections of the application. The example below shows the "Tasks" section.

  • Upload files in various formats (e.g., PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPEG, etc.)

  • Add external links

Data Storage

All attachments are securely stored in cloud storage, ensuring access from any device at any time. Storage volume and retention period may depend on your organization’s settings or subscription plan.
