Sprints i

What is this?

"Sprints" is a tool that helps organize tasks into time-bound iterations as part of agile project management methodology. With sprints, you can group tasks, track their progress within a defined timeframe, and increase team workflow transparency.

How to Enable Sprints

Go to board settings. In the "Parameters" tab, go to the "Settings" block and turn on the "Sprints" toggle. The "Manage Sprints" button will become active — click it.

How to Work with Sprints

Manage Sprints
This section is used to set up future sprints and manage the backlog (a list of tasks not assigned to any sprint).
To create a sprint, click "New Sprint" — a new sprint block will appear.

Inside the sprint block, you can create new tasks, start or stop a sprint, and edit or delete the sprint.

To add a task to a sprint, drag it from the backlog into the desired sprint using Drag&Drop, or click the three-dot icon on the task card and select the target sprint.

Active Sprints
This section displays the board view for tasks assigned to currently active sprints. Tasks are displayed according to the columns and groups configured in the board settings.

Completed Sprints
This section shows a list of all completed sprints, including their tasks, dates, and final metrics.

Additional Features

Sprints can be collapsed or expanded to hide or show their tasks.

Each sprint row displays: number of tasks, sprint name, start and end dates, and total task hour estimation.
