Tasks settings
What is it?
Tasks settings is the task import step where priorities, statuses, types, and resolutions of tasks are reviewed and configured if necessary.
You will see a list of task attributes. Each attribute is automatically assigned the action "Import" and displays the number of tasks with that attribute.
If an attribute does not exist in the system, the application will create it automatically.
If you agree with the suggested actions, you can proceed to the next step. If needed, you can replace an attribute by selecting "Replace to" in the action column and choosing a replacement from the options provided in the next column.
After making any necessary changes, click "Next" to continue the import process.
