Boards

What is this?

"Boards" is a tool for visual task management. It helps organize workflow, limit the amount of unfinished work, and increase project transparency. Each board consists of columns and groups that display tasks according to selected filters and settings.

You can:

  • Create boards for specific projects or teams (see Creating a Board);

  • Set up board access: add participants and assign roles (see Members, Permissions);

  • Use the filter panel, manage tasks, and group and sort them (see Working with a Board);

  • Customize the board’s appearance and structure — columns, groups, title (see Board Settings);

  • Copy boards with all their settings preserved (see Copying a Board);

  • Delete unnecessary boards (see Deleting a Board);

  • Use boards in sprint mode to manage tasks within time-bound iterations (see Sprints).
