File Storage Limit

What is this?

File storage limit is a predefined restriction on the total volume of files a user can upload to the system. It is necessary to control resource usage and prevent system overload.

How it works

The limit is set by the administrator and may vary between users, but an individual user’s limit cannot exceed the total system limit.

Storage usage increases with every file added, including images, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, and other file types. You can view your assigned storage limit in the "User Settings" module.

If a user reaches their limit, further file uploads are blocked and the system returns an error. All exceeded limits are recorded in the Log of limits, which is accessible to administrators.

To increase or reset the limit, contact your administrator.

Administrators can set file storage limits for all users in the "Default User Settings" tab and monitor current usage and restrictions under the subscription plan in the "Manage the account" tab of the "Account Settings" module.
