Filling out the template

Filling out the Template

To upload data to the Personal Account module, you must fill out the Excel template in accordance with the established requirements. The template structure is fixed: column names, data formats, and field requirements must not be changed.

Each row of the template corresponds to a single accrual, deduction, or accounting entry for a specific employee.

General Filling Rules

The template must be filled out strictly according to the sample downloaded from the application. Changing column names, their order, or cell formats is not allowed. All required fields must be completed; otherwise, the file will fail validation.

The fields ItemCode, CurrencyID, and UnitText accept only values supported by the system. Using arbitrary or non-existent values will result in an import error.

The period specified in the Date column must fully match the period selected in the application when starting the import.
