Users
What is it?
User import is designed for the mass creation and updating of user accounts in the system. It allows you to upload new users, modify the data of existing users, or perform both actions simultaneously using a single Excel file.
Import is especially useful during the initial population of the system, reorganization of the company structure, or integration with external data sources.
To start the import, upload a completed Excel file containing the user data.
The file must be filled out according to the template, which can be downloaded directly from the application by clicking the "Download Template" button.
During the import process, the system automatically determines which records correspond to new users and which correspond to existing users, and performs the appropriate actions.
Once the file passes the validation check, the data upload will begin. After completion, you can view the import results in the "Import Log" module or proceed with further work with users in the system.
