Control Elements

What is it?

“Control Elements” are a set of buttons and tools located on the right side of the Filter Bar, providing quick access to data display management. They allow users to configure filters, sort, refresh, or reset data, as well as perform additional actions available in a specific application.

These elements help users quickly adjust how data is displayed without switching pages or reloading the entire interface.

Main control elements

Show more / Show less
Opens or hides an additional filter row. This allows users to access more filtering options and flexibly refine search criteria. Pressing the button again hides the extra filters.

Add Filter
Adds new filters to the panel. After clicking, a selection window opens where you can find the desired filter by name or keyword.
Filters can be rearranged in the list — moved up, down, to the top, or to the bottom using buttons or Drag & Drop. You can also resize the configuration window. Once setup is complete, click OK to apply changes.

Reset Filter Values
Clears all applied filter values and returns the panel to its default state. This is useful when you need to quickly remove all filters and start a new search.

Sort
Opens the data sorting configuration window. Users can select one or several parameters, set the sorting order (ascending or descending), and change the sorting priority.
Sorting items can be reordered using buttons or Drag & Drop. After configuring, click OK to apply changes.

Connect / Disconnect
Used to link the current application to a specific space (workspace) or, conversely, to remove such a connection. This feature may not be available in all applications and depends on the usage context.

Refresh
Updates the data on the page without a full reload. This allows you to quickly get the latest information after filters or sorting have been changed.
