Creates a time entry for a task.

`WorkLogData.WorkLogDuration`	number	yes	Duration in seconds
`WorkLogData.WorkLogDescription`	string	no	Log comment

Validation

The body must contain WorkLogData.
WorkLogData.TaskKeyField must be one of TaskID, TaskKey, IntegrationID.
