RTE Size Limit

What is this?

RTE size limit is a predefined restriction on the maximum size of files and content added through the RTE online editor (e.g., Tiptap). It is designed to prevent system overload and, if necessary, limit individual user activity.

How it works

The limit is set by the administrator and applies to all users. The current limit defines the maximum volume of content that can be added using the RTE editor, including text, tables, images, and various formatting blocks. Users can monitor their current usage in the "User Settings" module.

If a user attempts to save content exceeding the set limit, the action is blocked and the system returns an error. All violations are recorded in the Log of limits, which is accessible to administrators.

To increase or reset the limit, contact your administrator.

Administrators can set the RTE size limit under the subscription plan in the "Default User Settings" tab of the "Account Settings" module.
