Personalization
What is this?
"Personalization" refers to the ability to customize the Desktop according to your individual needs. Each user can add new shortcuts and groups, as well as hide elements they don't need. Importantly, these changes affect only your own Desktop — other users will continue to see their own configurations unchanged.
To enter Personalization mode, open the Desktop, click on your avatar, and select the "Personalization" option. The Desktop will then switch to a special editing mode where you can make adjustments.
In Personalization mode, you can add shortcuts or folders to a selected group using the "Add item" button, and also hide any unwanted elements. While you cannot permanently delete a shortcut, you can make it invisible. To hide an entire group, you must hide all the shortcuts within it. Note that shortcuts marked with the "Mandatory" flag cannot be hidden.
