How to work with the whiteboard in an attachment

You can work with the whiteboard in attachments through a pre-created file in the .excalidraw format. This file can be opened for editing, supplemented, or used as a visual resource for a task, project, or other object.

To view the whiteboard, click on its name in the attachment:

A whiteboard viewing window will open. To edit it, click the Edit icon:

In the opened window, you can edit the visual content: draw, add elements, and design diagrams and charts. Once you have finished working on the whiteboard, click the Save button.
