User Profile Settings
What is this?
The "User Profile Settings" tab defines which personal user data will be visible to other users in the system.
Access can be configured for information such as avatar, "About Me" details, email, first and last name, country and city, business direction, company, organizational unit, job title, and contact information.
For each field, you can set the visibility level: "ON" — making the information available to all users, or "OFF" — restricting visibility to the user themselves. These settings allow control over privacy and help manage access to personal information within the organization.
