Spaces

What is this?

"Spaces" is a module for creating isolated work environments, each with its own set of projects, users, access rights, and visual settings. Each space defines a separate work context: which users interact with specific applications, what appears on the desktop, and what permissions participants have.

Spaces allow splitting the corporate environment into logical areas — by teams, business directions, or functions. You can customize the appearance of a space, manage access, and adjust the interface structure for different user groups.

You can:

• Create your own spaces with individual structure and visual parameters (see Creating a Space);

• Edit, copy, or delete spaces as needed (see Editing a Space, Copying a Space, Deleting a Space);

• Customize appearance — icon, header colors, and shortcut colors (see Parameters);

• Add participants and assign access levels (see Members, Permissions);

• Assign projects that space members will work on (see Projects);

• Define which applications and shortcuts appear on the desktop (see Managing the Desktop);

• Set up multilingual names and descriptions (see Multilingual Support).
