Meeting Agendas
What is this?
"Meeting Agendas" is a built-in functional module for managing topics discussed during meetings. It allows you to prepare agendas, assign responsibilities, track progress, and document decisions made.
Agendas are created within a meeting and remain linked to it throughout their lifecycle. If needed, an agenda item can be moved to another meeting or used as a template for recurring events.
You can:
Create agenda items, set status and priority, and assign a responsible person (see "Creating an Agenda Item");
Edit an agenda item, including updating the topic text, priority, status, deadlines, and assigned employee (see "Editing an Agenda Item");
Move an agenda item to another meeting if discussion needs to continue or be reformulated (see "Moving an Agenda Item");
Initiate the creation of a new meeting based on an existing agenda item;
Attach a task from an existing list or create a new one directly from the agenda (see "Attaching a Task");
Use agenda templates in recurring meetings (see "Agenda Templates");
View the list of meeting participants and navigate directly to the meeting or project (see "Interface Overview", "Agenda Item Card");
Vote on proposed solutions, providing positive or negative feedback with comments (see "Likes and Dislikes");
Delete agenda items that are no longer relevant (see "Deleting an Agenda Item").
