Components
What is it?
Components is the task import step where task components are reviewed and configured.
A list of task components will be displayed. Each component automatically shows the action to be taken and the number of tasks associated with it.
If a component does not exist in the system, the application will create it automatically.
If you agree with the suggested actions, you can proceed to the next step. If needed, you can replace a component or choose not to import tasks with certain components. In the action column, select "Replace to" and choose a replacement from the provided options.
To exclude tasks with a specific component from import, select the action "Do not import tasks with this component".
If the "Component" field in the imported file is empty, this step will be automatically completed, and you will be redirected to the next step.
After making any necessary changes, click "Next" to continue the import process.
