Data Filtering

What is it?

The Filter Panel (or Filter Bar) is a universal tool available in almost every application of the system, designed to manage how data is displayed. It allows you to sort, filter, and adjust information based on various parameters so you can focus only on the relevant records.

The Filter Bar combines several tools that provide flexible control over displayed data: filter fields, search bar, variant management, control elements, and date navigator.

Using the Filter Panel helps keep data organized, speeds up information search, and simplifies analysis.

You can:

• filter data by categories, statuses, assignees, and other parameters (see Filter Fields);

• perform quick searches using keywords or text fragments (see Search Bar);

• save and use predefined sets of filters and display parameters (see Variant Management);

• switch between periods and analyze data for specific dates (see Date Navigator);

• manage data display, apply sorting, refresh content, and perform other actions available in a given application (see Control Elements).
